Funeral service will take place at St Kentigern’s Church, Irthington on Sunday 15th November. For those wishing to pay their respects the funeral cortege will leave the family home at 12.40pm. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Hazel will be given to St Kentigern’s Church and Versus Arthritis.
